eXPD8 Field Marketing Case Study - Compliance

Our Client required a series of Compliance Audits which included a photograph of a display, and the signature of a member of store management. Old fashioned and clumsy IVR and paper methods could not meet the requirement.

To achieve this result, the eXPD8 compliance application was used. The application did not need to be customised, as it is entirely designed to be parameter driven for cost efficiency.

Numerous questions were set up, of many different types

  • Free Text responses
  • Pre-defined answers
  • Numerical Responses
  • Multiple Responses
  • Instance where text information was required depending on outcome
  • Linked questions, where the questions asked depend on the responses to previous questions.

The questions were grouped so that they could be applied only to the relevant store grouping resulting in calls tailored to each particular store.

When the calls were completed (the application prevents partial completion), the data is synchronised to the central database. The data was then available

  • In the fully drilldown enabled graphical web interface.
  • Signatures/Photographs are catalogued on the web
  • As a download straight into excel from the web (for linking with other data for example)
  • As an automated e-mail alert

All the clients field marketing compliance requirements were met, with extracts from the eXPD8 web reporting being used directly in board reports.
