At the heart of our core principles is the need to induct, evaluate and train all employees to a high standard of general skills and techniques; to enable them to fulfill their role in the most effective, efficient, safe and legal way. 

Induction - All employees are fully inducted into the role. Our Induction Programme has been specially designed to ensure that every person employed attains a good understanding of how eXPD8 operates and the key aspects of their position within the Company.  Consciously it's been developed to be as interactive as possible using a 'hands on' practical approach, thus enhances the learning environment and encourages new employees to be involved from day 1. Our user friendly Induction Pack will provide all the relevant knowledge required to fulfill the job role; it's also a very useful reference document for use in the future.

Assessments - To ensure all employees deliver a consistent approach to their work and therefore consistency to our clients and customers, we require all employees to pass short Induction Assessments to ensure that they have fully understood what is required from them and that their induction and training needs have been met.  A final 'sign off' which confirms that the employee has been appropriately trained on agreed topics is required before allowing them to commence working for us in store.  Employees will only be 'signed off' once all the required assessment have taken place and a pass rate of 100% is achieved.

Ongoing Training & Development - The 'person specification' within the job description shows all the qualities 'ideally' that a role requires, in order to be able to do their job at the right level. We fully appreciate that on occasions gaps in skills, knowledge and/or behavior are identified; in these cases we create individual training plans and offer the expertise needed to enhance the employee's capability.

Performance Management - People Performance (field personnel) is monitored and managed directly by the regional field management teams; where accompanied visits, audits, and compliance checks are all methods use to validate the standard of work achieved, information collated and the results we are measured against.
