A list of products which are available to order is uploaded to the system and displayed on the field representative’s handheld PDA.
Stock levels are checked whilst in store and the quantity required for each product is entered electronically.
Once the visit is finished, the PDA remotely syncs with our systems and a report is generated from the order data.
The order report is then authenticated and automatically sent for processing and shipping by the relevant party.
